I built the “successful” business, but at the cost of my own well-being. I devoured and followed all the classic advice even when it meant ignoring my intuition. Eventually, I forced myself to take a step back and question… well, everything.

It wasn’t always pretty, but I learned a shit ton. I realized that actually, there are as many “right” ways to build a business — and a life — as there are humans on the planet. There is no formula. No magic, one-size-fits-all solution.

I know, because I've been there.

This space is for you if you’re done doing business the way you’re “supposed to.”

Instead, what we really need is to learn how to trust ourselves to carve our own path to “success”, whatever that looks like for us. And that takes a different kind of work.

But let me tell you, that work is so worth it. So while yes, here at Hey Silly Rebel we talk about marketing strategies (especially off of social media), money mindset, and running a business, we do so while always recognizing this integral truth:
That true, lasting, aligned success must be built upon a solid foundation of self-trust.
  • You’re smart, capable, and ambitious — but quietly exhausted by the pressure to always be visible, consistent, and “on.”

  • You’ve built success (or you’re close), yet something about the way you’re doing business feels off, forced, or unsustainable.

  • You want strategy that respects your nervous system, your creativity, and your actual life — not just your output.

  • You’re tired of being told to post more, scale faster, or follow someone else’s formula.

  • You can feel there has to be another way… you just haven’t been shown one that feels both honest and effective.

This is your jam if:

Maybe you feel like:

  • You started your business dreaming of slower mornings but instead find yourself in a coffee-guzzling, cortisol-inducing stress loop from the moment you wake up

  • You miss reading books before bed instead of catching up on emails into the night

  • Taking an hour out of your day to move your body, be with your family, or even feed yourself takes you on a guilt trip

  • You love what you do, but that nagging feeling of constantly needing to post about it on social media is making you start to… well, not love it so much

  • You know you have something amazing to offer (because you do!), but something isn’t quite clicking, and you just can’t seem to figure it out

Hey Silly Rebel exists for women who want to build something meaningful — without abandoning themselves in the process.

Most online business advice is built for speed, visibility, and scale at any cost. It rewards performance over presence, and calls it success. Exhausting.

Hey Silly Rebel was created as an alternative.

I believe you can build a profitable, meaningful business without being constantly online, burning yourself out, or turning your life into content.

I believe clarity beats trends, depth beats noise, and self-trust beats every strategy you’ve been told you should follow.

We need to learn how to trust our own instincts again.

We don't need more noise.

Start Here
  • You don’t need to be everywhere to be successful.

  • Your business should support your life, not consume it.

  • There are a hundred million ways to build a business, and you get to choose yours.

  • Strategy works best when it respects your values, energy, and season of life.

  • We’re all scientists, experimenting, testing, witnessing the results, adjusting the variables and testing again…and this gets to be playful vs stressful!

  • You’re allowed to grow at a pace that keeps you well.

Around here, we believe:

This work is about choosing sustainability over spectacle. It’s about building success that actually feels good to live inside of, and not just impressive to look at from the outside.

When was the last time you took a moment to really tap into your intuition?

I’m here to help you learn to listen again, and give yourself permission to follow through.

If this way of thinking resonates, here’s where you can step into the work.

women who are ambitious, thoughtful, creative and done abandoning themselves in the name of success.

Women's Circle

Have you ever been given the impression that women aren’t as good at running businesses?

Or that to be a great entrepreneur, all you should care about is the bottom line, even at the risk of your own well-being? Or that you can’t build a successful business while being a loving mother, or a good friend, or a traveller, or anything else

Take those ideas right now and throw them where they belong:

 in the trash!

Women face unique barriers when it comes to building and maintaining a successful business. We also possess incredible gifts — but unfortunately, for many of us, these gifts have been stifled from years of trying to fit into a mould that just doesn’t fit.

  • Spiritual, grounding, and somatic work

  • Guided group business coaching sessions

  • Expert marketing, business, and money mindset workshops

  • Helpful resources

It’s time we stop outsourcing our intuition and learn to trust ourselves again. Hey Silly Rebel Women’s Circles provide a safe, supportive space to do just that, through a blend of:

Coaching

Coaching with me is for Silly Rebels who are ready to stop circling the same questions and start making aligned, confident moves in their business and relationship with money.

It’s for you…because you know you are still hiding the more powerful version of you rather than showing up fully for others to see.

This work is grounded in strategy, self-trust, and decisions that actually stick.

My work explores what happens when ambitious women stop abandoning themselves around money, success, and visibility — and start building lives and businesses that actually feel like theirs, off social media.

This book is part personal reflection, part cultural critique, large part how-to guide, and part invitation to rethink how we define “enough” in a world obsessed with more.

If these themes resonate, you’ll want to subscribe to my Substack to receive newsletters for my latest book news and other updates!

Where will your journey begin?

- Ashley Funk

"Working with Stacey has literally changed my life.

Over the past year, I’ve grown in ways I didn’t even know were possible. I feel like a completely different person, but in the best way…because she helped me uncover the person I already was, buried under doubt and fear.

I have never felt more seen, heard, or truly listened to. Through her coaching, she created a space where I could step fully into myself while also learning more than I ever expected. My confidence has grown, my business has transformed, and I now trust myself in a way I never did before.

I am forever grateful for her guidance, her insight, and her belief in me. The impact she’s had on my life and my business is immeasurable, and I’m so excited to see what the future holds because of the foundation she helped me build."
